In the aftermath of this fight, Antonina received a UFC contract. Antonina was given an UFC contract following her win. Shevchenko defeated Roxanne Modafferi by a split-decision fight after winning the first bout by a unanimous decision. Antonina was able to bounce back from the loss by defeating Lucie Pudilova in the UFC on ESPN Covington against Lawler via a rear-naked choke submission. She was awarded the prize of fight-of-the-night. Shevchenko was a 1-2 winner in her next 3-fights she lost to Ariane Lipski before losing to Katlyn Chookagian, and Andrea Lee. Antonina suffered a loss to Casey O'Neill by second-round TKO during UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
